The evolution of Closed Circuit TV inspection technology is possibly the greatest single advance in the management of underground assets. This new technology has now replaced the foggy black and white pictures of early equipment, with detailed clean, full colour images that can be electronically stored onto cd/dvd. APMS' full robotic self propelled units comprise full robotic pan & tilt options to allow circumferential detailed viewing and reporting.

APMS CCTV inspection techniques will diagnose and help solve a variety of problems in SEWERS, DRAINS, WATER MAINS, GAS MAINS, PIPELINES AND OTHER CONDUITS.

CCTV Midi/Mini Camera
Insertion and recovery of the camera is simple and no manhole entry, of the operator, is required. The camera is placed into a inspection or entry point. All movement and functions of the units are controlled from the operators console. The camera speeds are governed by the operator easily coping with pipe internal joins or configurations, plus our camera's excellent image definition allows daily survey runs of up to 700 metres.

Our CCTV Midi/Mini cameras are able to survey 100mm to 300mm diameter pipe and drain systems. They come complete with inbuilt 100W LED lighting to allow no problem full colour digital recording. The added features of auto leveling and focusing options allow crisp and clear imaging while viewing the drain in normal or standard upright view at all times.
